     University accreditation is granted by a jury to active teacher-researchers. The latter must carry out validated educational work, research work published in recognized journals as well as national and international communications or the filing of patents. the teacher who meets the conditions mentioned in the decree n ° 493 of April 20, 2022 which fixes the methods of application of the provisions relating to the obtaining of the university authorization, wishing to present his candidature must introduce a request for opening a special account under the PROGRES platform and the application file must be submitted exclusively via the link https://progres.mesrs.dz/webgrh
