The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Kamel Baddari, met today, April 26, 2026, at the ministry’s headquarters, with a multidisciplinary working group engaged in research and the development of modern technologies related to mining and rare earths.

This meeting is part of national efforts aimed at protecting and enhancing rare mineral resources. It focused on exploring ways to develop innovative strategies and technologies for the exploration and processing of rare earths, as vital resources for advanced technological industries.
