On 13 December 2025, Mr. Kamel Baddari, the minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, visited the central library at the scientific and technological hub “Martyr Abdelhafid Ihaddadene” in Sidi Abdellah, to meet his student friends participating in the “FORSA Tech” hackathon organised by Algeria Telecom. This event enables talented individuals to showcase their abilities, transform their ideas into tangible projects, and compete for valuable prizes, with a special recognition for the best innovations.
