On December 2^nd , 2024, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Kamel Baddari, attended the award ceremony, at the Constitutional Court, for the best doctorate thesis in constitutional law, organised by the General Secretariat of the Conference of African Constitutional Courts, for doctor Kylali Zahra from “Mohamed Ben Ahmed” University, Oran 2. 

This award is an indicator of the quality of the Algerian higher education and scientific research system, and its contributions to the continent.

This significant event was also the occasion of the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Constitutional Court, represented by Mr. Omar Belhadj, and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, represented by Mr. Kamel Baddari.
