On 12 February 2025, Mr. Kamel Baddari, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, introduced the PhD course in electronic chips technologies as a strategic national project, at the “Abdelhafid Ihaddadene” scientific and technological hub located in Sidi Abdellah.

Additionally, He inaugurated the educational research complex for the researchers in charge of this major technological project.
